By commissioning or purchasing from me, it means you agree to the following

PAYMENTS

• Payment is only accepted 100% prepayment
• More payment options may be up for discussion (Applies to commissions over $150+ in price)
• All payments will be made through PayPal (by invoice) or donate by Boosty

REFUNDS

• Refunds are NO OFFERED except for the situation when I couldn't finish the work due to contingencies (force majeure)
• Refunds can be given in emergency situations if communicated with me

ART PROGRESS

• I start drawing after payment
• I will always stop at every stage to get approval from you to continue (draft approval, line approval, etc.)
• During the draft stage, character, theme or pose may be changed as many times as requested (maximum of 5 changes before additional fee)
• Changes after the draft stage are NOT allowed. Minor adjusting to the character design is ok, especially if I accidentally leave out certain details of your character, and does not require extra payment

EDITS

• The customer or any other artist is NEVER allowed to edit, draw over/finish my work under any circumstances (except Location commissions)
• Global edits only on a draft stage
• After render only color change (not light-shade)
• Other edits will cost money (the price depends on the situation)

DEADLINES

• From week to 1 month (depending on the complexity and queue)
• I don’t work on weekends, so they are not part of deadline
• If I need more time, this will always be discussed with the client
• Set precise deadline is available for an additional fee
• Patreon and Boosty subscribers with definite lvl of subscribe have priority in the queue

COMMERCIAL USAGE

• All work is considered personal unless otherwise discussed and a commercial fee is made
• Personal use is constituted of profile pictures, banners, icons, and uploading to a personal website
• Don't tokenize or make my art into an NFT (non fungible token) This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future things that may be invented along these lines
• +200% upcharge for commercial or merchandise usage

OTHER

• I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason
• Absolutely NO requests to mimic another artist's style
• I have right to use commissioned art as example and post it on my social media and use drafts that won't go into the final art for other works (as YCHs or other comms)
• Keeping the picture private imposes an extra fee

Backgrounds

• Without Background is black/dark fill with smoke/flat decorations at my discretion
• Simple Background is few stuff/simplified trees/sky with clouds/textured walls (as wood or cracks)
• Complex Background is full location with filling• Sketch only without BG
• BW Simple Sketch/Complex Sketch | Poster without BG or Simple BG
• Price depends on how complex the background will be
• Sometimes may need to sketch out the drawing first before a price can be disclosed or i will give typical range of the price for said background

Extra Characters

• Price will be 100% of commission cost for each character added

OC Design Complexity

• Price depends on the amount of details (if your characters design is a bit too complex or overall heavy on details)

Ref sheet and Custom

I DON'T DO:
• any genitals
• extremely large size of bust/butt/thights/hips
• underage characters

Ref sheet process:
• I will send front view draft for approval
• Second WIP will be on color (tone) stage
• Third WIP sends if you will add extras
• Global edits only on a draft stage (no more than 5)

• Ref sheet in base contain static pose, Poses can be changed for additional price
• Ref sheet is only Flat colored
• Custom price depends on complexity and shading
• Extras price based on complexity

Location

• Usually only BW or Monochrome
• I will not add characters, but silhouette is OK
• You can use purchased location as BG for comms by another artists
• You can request separate certain items/elements and get few PNG (full location + location without stuff + each stuff) for future manipulations on your own
• Price based on complexity and amount of separeted elements
